This is normal. Product is not used

In order to ensure zero wait for starting up, our manufacturer will test the each fog machine with a small amount of oil before leaving the factory. This led to some oil being accidentally left behind.

WILL THE SMOKE SET OFF THE SMOKE ALARM？

Our Smoke machine didn’t trigger the Smoke alarm after many test.

But do not rule out the use of other places will trigger the Smoke alarm sensor, so use as

far as possible away from the smoke alarm places

Can open and use it immediately when received it?

Our fogger can be used to boot, no other complex setup steps are required,but for shipping

Safe, the new battery is low, only about 20% of the battery when shipped,need to be

recharged before use

WHY DOES THE DRYICE EFFECT LEAVE A LAYER OF OIL ON THE SURFACE?

Because the dry ice effect outputs a high concentration of aerosols, the dissipation mechanism is gradual depositon, so it will return to the liquid state.

What’s the difference between Smoke B and Smoke S?

The portable fog machine Smoke B has a power of 40W and a single use time of 18 minutes

The mini fog machine Smoke S has a power of 30W and a single use time of 25 minutes
